We cut through the static and buzz of a BCGer’s day by opening the imagination through a series of Entertrainment films that introduce better ways of working into their day-to-day life.

Since 1963, the Boston Consulting Group has been steadfast in its purpose to Unlock the Potential of Those of Advance the World. In a rapidly evolving work environment altered by the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and organizational increase of multidisciplinary teams, our team was tapped to launch BCG Next Generation’s Ways of Working. This series, a total of seven new methods, was created to unlock the unique power of BCG teams, and increase efficiency, sustainability, and impact. Our job was to bring awareness of these methods to 30,000 BCG employees in global offices across 50 countries, as well as build emotional connection, and create a call-to-action for BCG teams to integrate NGWOW into their workstreams.








Step into the vibrant world of this groundbreaking 7-episode series, where each method serves as the star of its own episode. Framed by a retro television screen, each method is broken down and transformed into digestible bite-sized nuggets ready for seamless integration into team workstreams.



Vivid neons, paper textures, and gifs from pop culture add an extra layer of “entertrainment” that hits home in BCG offices across the globe and spans generations. Vivid neons, playful paper textures and believe it or not, consistent cameos from a unicorn mascot, inject doses of humor and emotional buy-in in each episode.
