In a world where women are burdened with the weight of gender inequality, there is little room for wonder. The SheWonders podcast offers this missing space where both discourse and dreams can coincide.

Hosted by BrightHouse CEO and purpose guru Ashley Grice, the SheWonders podcast makes space for wonder. Guests of the podcast, who range from National Geographic explorers to ecosystem architects, join Grice in wondering about a common work issue experienced by women that isn't commonly discussed. The result of these unlikely pairings illuminates unexpected answers – changing the minds of those who can change the world. Each cover represents the guest’s inner dream world, her own personal Eden of wonder and curiosity forged despite the sociocultural barriers to success experienced by her gender.

From the pastel color palette to Victorian-style portraiture, each visual element is viewed as traditionally feminine. This world may seem soft to the viewer’s eye, but this softness is a feat, a triumph in itself, as is her ability to keep wonder alive in an unrelentingly male-dominated culture.

Floral elements hail from guests’ home countries of Spain, Egypt, and Haiti, while butterflies symbolize rebirth, transformation and resilience. The full moon is the final act in the monthly moon cycle, and symbolizes something similar in the spiritual sense: the culmination of positive energy after a period of effort or work.
